Kitumba
Copper Project

Zambia

525km2 in the Kitumba District featuring a 1km mineralised footprint with high-grade Copper and critical metals discovery potential with massive scale.

Project Highlights

  • 525km2 of exploration licences – largest acreage in district
  • Located in the Mumbwa District
  • Licences surround the Sinomine Kitumba Copper Mine to the North, East and South and only 18km from their US$600M processing infrastructure, providing a compelling potential development pathway.
  • 2,000m RC Drill Program confirmed mineralisation starts from surface and remains open at depth and along strike, up to 1m @2.56% Cu, 62.3g/t Ag and 0.76% Zn from 55m (TBRC03)
  • Large mineralised footprint (~5.5kms of Strike) has only been partially tested

Acquisition Licence 33543-HQ-LEL (announced 28 July 2026)

  • Acquired 90% interest in Licence 33543-HQ-LEL (16.15km²), adjoining Mimosa Resources’ Kashime Project and First Quantum Minerals’ exploration tenure
  • Sits within the Lusale Basin, a Copperbelt satellite basin, in a stratigraphic setting equivalent to the tier-1 Kamoa and Lonshi deposits.
